TFA Games is a collection by Talal Faisal Abukhalaf. You can play without creating a leaderboard player.
What stays in your browser
The launcher saves your favorites, appearance preference, and most recently opened game in browser storage. Individual games also save progress, settings, and local records. Guest saves belong to this browser and do not automatically transfer to another device.
Optional accounts and public leaderboards
TFA accounts use Supabase for email-and-password authentication. Supabase receives your email, password, and sign-in requests. Your email is not included in public leaderboard responses. Your browser stores session credentials to keep you signed in. The leaderboard service stores your account identifier, public nickname, game runs, and scores. Your nickname and submitted scores can appear publicly. Choose a nickname you are comfortable making public.
The leaderboard service is hosted at tilepop.tfabukhalaf.chatgpt.site. Some games, including TilePop, load inside an embedded page from that address. Scores waiting for a connection may be kept in your browser and retried later.
Account-linked game progress
Signed-in games save supported progress, personal records, unlocks and settings to your TFA account. Hookbound saves completed courses, stars, best times, character choice and ghost preference. The other launcher games use the same account-owned save collection for their persistent records and settings. TFA Chess also saves its resumable match. TilePop keeps its existing server-validated ranked board and saves its theme and sound preference with the account. Active arcade rounds start fresh when reopened. These saves are linked to your account identifier and are accessible through your signed-in account, rather than displayed publicly. A copy stays in this browser so temporary connection failures do not interrupt play. Pending progress syncs when a connection is available while the game is open, or when you next open the game and sign in. Ghost replay recordings stay on the device. Guest progress is added to your account only when you select “Add this device’s guest progress.” Cloud progress does not award leaderboard points.
Advertising and payments
This release has no active advertising provider, paid purchases, or third-party analytics integration. The shop shows original cosmetic design previews for each game and a read-only launcher theme preview. Selecting a design does not apply it in a game, save ownership, create a purchase record, change progress or load a payment provider. Game-menu previews load the same shop from the TFA Games launcher address. Prices are proposed and checkout is not open. Optional ad-continue controls are prepared but unavailable while advertising is off. They do not play simulated ads or grant rewards. When advertising is enabled, a local timestamp-only counter is designed to limit repeated ad requests. The launcher does not request advertising consent because it does not load an advertising service. If advertising or purchases are introduced, this page and the relevant privacy choices will need to be updated before activation.
Hosting
Opening the website and using online leaderboards sends normal web requests to the hosting services. Those requests include connection information such as your IP address and browser request details. This page does not describe those providers’ internal log-retention practices.
Managing local data
- You can remove favorites individually using the heart button.
- You can change your public nickname from Leaderboards and sign out from Your account.
- Your browser’s site-data settings let you clear locally saved progress, settings, and session credentials. Clearing data on one site may leave data on the other site.
- Clearing browser data does not delete server accounts, cloud saves or scores. Sign back in with the same email and password to restore saved cloud progress. Progress that has not finished syncing can be lost when browser data is cleared.
- Scores from earlier guest profiles remain on the leaderboard; they are not automatically assigned to a new account.
Keep your password, confirmation links, and session credentials private.
